Today’s post is a poem! This poem came from a place of JEALOUSY.
Jealousy for the name of the Lord and all He has freely given us.
A lot of times we are ignorant of the bigger picture, and the ripple effects of today’s actions on tomorrow’s results.
The believer’s journey requires an active participation and complete dependence on the person of the Holy Spirit. However, there are some things we’ve been called to do “for his namesake”, there are sacrifices we must bear by His grace, there are definite actions and decisions we must take on this journey.
One of those decisions is summed in a word – MORTIFY.
Romans 8:13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
Mortify in this context means – 1. to put to death 2. metaphorically a. to make to die, i.e destroy, render extinct. b. by death to be liberated from the bond of anything (Thayer definition)
We have a choice. There is no sitting on the fence in the kingdom, you choose where you stand, and you stand firmly by grace. The good news is we have HELP. We have help in God to contend earnestly for all that has been delivered to us. We have help, to CHOOSE life, regardless of the odds before us.
May your hearts be helped to see God as your very present help, may you be helped to TAKE A STAND FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS , amen.

Do not suffer them to Live!
For they are enemies of your King
Set against the Life that is True
They lead you contrary to your Maker’s rules
See the subtle ways of the enemy
Crouching ‘innocently’ at your door
Eyes intent on you innocently
Beseeching that you will have mercy
No!!! Remember the folly of men of old
Who allowed moth in their land of Gold
They lost all to the enemies that they had subdued
Allowing them to break through their stronghold
Mortify!!! That is what the Master says
Dagger on! None of them must remain
For all enemies of your ascent must be slain
They must be cut off completely out of your Lord’s domain
To own you completely is his Eternal pursuit
To put his name on you as a bride fit for the Groom
That you may daily live in his Light and Truth
Your true habitation, even before the world we knew
Raise the hands that hang down!
Grace has come to you to fight all enemies
Until the day Dawns
And you come into the liberty for which you have fought
Dagger on! Do not stop
Until the reign of Peace has come
Wherein all that is found in you is Righteous
A stately state that is devoid of spot
This land is yours!
You were destined to dwell here
The realm of Life that is beyond sin and death
So kill them all, every enemy of your Rest!
As in the days of Noah
The floods have come
He has poured his spirit on all flesh
He has empowered us to subdue all that is of death!
Let there be an immersion oh Father of spirits!
Bury us in You Spirit of the Deep!
And deliver us from every evil within
That teaches us to live contrary to our true Nature; for we are Spirits!
The sabbath cometh; our day of Rest
For we have toiled and labored these many years
Serving lusts and desires that are contrary to our Ordination
Daily living against God in insubordination
Not anymore!!!
For a Deliverer is risen for us
In righteousness He judges and makes war
He has blown the anointed horn filled with oil
He has empowered us to break the stronghold of the norm
That has kept us within the confines of the Enemy’s Snore!!
But not anymore! For we are resolute, and none this time shall escape the edge of the Sword
Behold He has made all things New!
We have been empowered to break the enemy’s teeth and crush his sinew
For the spirit of Kingship has been released
Men being raised as judges are here in our midst
So judge we will
Until every enemy is put to sleep
Destroyed and expunged from our within
The birthing place for true royalty
No longer shall we live as slaves in the Land of Freedom
No longer shall we turn our backs to true Martyrdom
No longer shall we walk contrary to the voice of Wisdom
For now we see your kingdom Come!!!!
